Thanks for visiting! EVA-Lasting Sourdough is my home-based project, inspired by my daughter’s initials. What started as a hobby in my busy kitchen has grown into a passion for sharing hand-crafted loaves with all of you.
My style is a mix of creative energy and organized batches, but the goal is simple: I want to make bread you’ll actually love. I have my signature favorites, but I’m always up for the challenge of experimenting with new flavors and inclusions. The best part of this is hearing your feedback and seeing those happy reactions to a fresh, warm loaf!
